While the focus of a missionary's work is often on spiritual growth and outreach, maintaining physical health is equally vital. This workout plan acknowledges the unique challenges missionaries face, such as limited time, resources, and space, by offering accessible exercises that require no equipment.
The plan consists of a 5-day plan with an in-depth description of how to do all 5 exercises every day! All 5 days are different targeting all muscle groups in the body. The workouts have a duration of 30 minutes! Perfect for the allotted missionary fitness time period. Workouts are different every day and will be used for 4 weeks at a time. There are entirely new workouts every month keeping you ready for what's next.
