Introducing a comprehensive workout plan tailored specifically for LDS missionaries - a regimen designed to equip them physically, mentally, and spiritually for the rigors of their two-year service. While the focus of a missionary's work is often on spiritual growth and outreach, maintaining physical health is equally vital. This workout plan acknowledges the unique challenges missionaries face, such as limited time, resources, and space, by offering accessible exercises that require no equipment.

The plan consists of a 5-day plan with an in-depth description of how to do all 5 exercises every day! All 5 days are different targeting all muscle groups in the body. The workouts have a duration of 30 minutes! Perfect for the allotted missionary fitness time period. Workouts are different every day and will be used for 4 weeks at a time. There are entirely new workouts every month keeping you ready for what's next.

This plan also includes a personal call where we can discuss all the different things the plan has to offer. We will talk about your strengths and weaknesses and see what we can do to make sure the plan is perfect for you! We can also discuss how the plan will be used on your mission. Or we can just chat about the things you will be doing on your mission.
